Authentic Classical Feng Shui uses tested and proven mathematical formulas involving physical location, compass readings, landforms, building layouts, and time cycles to identify and impact chi (energy) to effectively support priorities and reduce unfavorable and unpredictable conditions.
Rates:
Home Size – Assessment Base Price
- 3,999 sg ft or less – $900
- 4,000 – 4,999 sg ft or less – $1,000
- 5,000 – 5,999 sg ft or less – $1,100
- 6,000 – 6,999 sg ft or less – $1,200
Home Levels:
- One level – included in Assessment Base Price
- Additional Levels – Assessment Base Price + $100 per level
Occupants Full Assessment:
- One person – included in Assessment Base Price
- Additional People – Assessment Base Price + $200 per person
Occupants Half Assessment:
- Half refers to occupants not receiving a full assessment, but want to ensure the strategies are not affecting them in an unfavorable way
- $50 for each person
Process for Initial Assessments:
- Scroll down to read the Agreement, fill out the Questionnaire, Submit your Floor plan and Payment.
- Upon receipt of your Questionnaire, Floor plan and Payment, you will be put on the waitlist.
- When you are close to the top of the waitlist, I will email you. At that point you are welcome to share any additional information you want to share.
- I will work on your assessment.
- We will schedule an on-site visit unless we are doing a remote assessment, in which case we will schedule a phone call.
- During your on-site or remote visit, I will provide information about the cycles of your life and environment and gather more information from you to best tailor your assessment for your specific needs and desires.
- The final strategies will be completed by me at my home.
- Once your assessment is complete, I will email you your floor plan with your strategies indicated on it.
- When you have processed the assessment and gathered your questions, let me know and we will schedule your 1-hour phone conversation to discuss your questions.
